Do I need a real-estate licence?

Licensing requirements vary per market. We accept licensed agents, agencies and unlicensed referrers — commission structure adjusts accordingly.

Is there a fee to join?

No. The Aureum Partner Program is free to join. We earn together when a deal completes.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. Aureum signs a non-circumvent the moment you introduce a client, and credit you for 12 months on every transaction.

Which currencies do you pay in?

EUR by default. USD, GBP and AED on request, via SWIFT or SEPA.

Can I list my own inventory?

Yes — Senior and Principal partners can list co-broked inventory inside the Aureum marketplace.

Where does Aureum operate?

Active desks in Dubai, Istanbul, Marbella, Athens and Lisbon, with off-market reach across Europe and the Gulf.
